BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

MINUTES

DECEMBER 17, 2009

Board Approved

1. CALL TO ORDER

The regular meeting of the Arapahoe Estates Board of Directors Meeting was held at the Salvation Army Chapel.  President Ed Stack called the meeting to order at 7:05 PM.  Members in attendance: Ed Stack, Lance Chayet, Tom Radow, Lynn Johnson, David Robinson, Linda Rohrenbach, Mike Solich and Kelly Stuhlsatz.    Members absent:  Jim Black.

Also Present:   Mike Weiss, Association Manager, LCM Property Management. 

Others:  Two (2) Homeowners were present:  

2. HOMEOWNERS OPEN FORUM AND GUEST FORUM

The following items were discussed at Open Forum:  1) Townhome Roofing.

3. PRIOR MEETING MINUTES

The November 2009 Minutes were reviewed. Lynn moved to approve, motion was seconded, all in favor. Motion to approve passes.

4.   OUTSTANDING BUSINESS / DISCUSSION / DECISIONS

A.  Townhome Roofing

Ed passed out the Townhome Roof Letter and discussion followed.

5. NEXT MEETING DATE AND ADJOURNMENT

The next regular Board Meeting date will be held on Thursday, January 21, 2010, at the Salvation Army Chapel at 7:00 PM.   

With no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 9:15 PM.
