On October 14, 2004, Kathy Mashek and I addressed the board and requested that they consider two new replacement roofing options for the duplex owners. We had researched composite materials that would be 1) less expensive than current options to replace, 2) less expensive to insure, 3) less expensive to maintain, and 4) more impact resistant. We will post their decision when made.
